一 、系所組織

設有日文、韓文、歐美、德文等4個語文學系、全球商務學士學位學程及日文、韓文碩士班及全球商務碩士學位學程；另設有語文教學中心，負責全校性大一、大二外文「英文閱讀與聽講(一)、(二)」、「密集英語(一)、(二)」、「英文」、「英語實習」等課程，舉辦多項英語學習活動及競賽。

二、教職員生

114學年第2學期共有專任教師50人（客座教授1人、教授8人、副教授25人、助理教授14人、講師2人），其中具助理教授以上職級者48人，47位具博士學位，佔專任教師97.9％；兼任教師62人（特約講座1人、教授3人、副教授7人、專技副教授1人、助理教授8人、講師42人）。秘書1人，組員6人，辦事員1人，約聘辦事員2人，技佐1人。學生人數：大學部1,401人，碩士班201人。

三、學術性刊物 

本院各學系出刊之學術性刊物有：《中日文化論叢》、《臺灣韓國學研究》、《華岡英語期刊》。

I. Academic Organization

The College comprises four language departments: the Department of Japanese Language and Literature, Department of Korean Language and Literature, Department of European and American Languages and Cultures, and Department of German Language and Literature, as well as the Global Business Bachelor's Degree Program.

Graduate programs include master's programs in Japanese Language and Literature and Korean Language and Literature, as well as the Global Business Master's Degree Program.

The College also includes the Language Center, which is responsible for University-wide foreign language courses for first- and second-year students, including English Reading and Listening/Speaking (I) and (II), Intensive English (I) and (II), English, and English Practicum. The Center also organizes a variety of English-learning activities and competitions.

II. Faculty, Staff, and Students

As of the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, the College has 50 full-time faculty members, including 1 Visiting Professor, 8 Professors, 25 Associate Professors, 14 Assistant Professors, and 2 Lecturers. Of the 48 faculty members holding the rank of Assistant Professor or above, 47 hold doctoral degrees, accounting for 97.9%.

The College also has 62 part-time faculty members, including 1 Distinguished Lecturer, 3 Professors, 7 Associate Professors, 1 Associate Professor of Professional and Technical Practice, 8 Assistant Professors, and 42 Lecturers.

The administrative staff consists of 1 Secretary, 6 Administrative Officers, 1 Clerk, 2 Contract Clerks, and 1 Technical Assistant.

The College currently has 1,401 undergraduate students and 201 master's students.
